Elsa Maria Simões Branco Lopes

Elsa Branco Lopes is a researcher in Materials Science: Thermoelectric materials; Nanomaterials; Intermetallics; Chalcogenides; Organic low dimensional conductors. She obtained her PhD degree in 1998 from the Faculdade de Ciências of the Universidade de Lisboa. The transport properties studied are electrical conductivity, thermoelectric power and magnetoresistance.

Author/co-author of more than 140 publications, in books or scientific journals with referee (h-index 24) and 1 Patent. Referee of scientific journals like: Coatings, Crystals, Electronic materials, Inorganics, Journal of materials research and technology, Materials, Materials chemistry and physics, Materials science in semiconductor processing, Nanomaterials and Solid state sciences. Co-Supervision   1 Master and 2 PhD students.
