Afsaneh Badri

Afsaneh is a researcher at Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), specializing in advanced materials for electrochemical energy storage devices. She received her M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry from Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic), Iran. Her master thesis focused on the fabrication of novel cathode materials for Na-ion batteries. Energy materials, sodium-ion batteries, hybrid capacitors, and electrocatalysis are her research interest areas. She is currently working on the development of organic electroactive materials for energy-storage applications.
