CeFEMA's student gets Master Thesis award by SPM
Ana Beatriz Ferreira gets the 1st Honorable Mention in the Best Master Thesis Award of the Portuguese Materials Society (SPM), with the Thesis "Tribological Behavior of Metal Surfaces Nanotextured with Femtosecond Lasers", supervised by Rui Vilar and Amélia Almeida.
The award was attributed on the Materials International Day (November 8th, 2017) ceremony carried out at Universidade da Beira Interior, after scrutiny by a nominated jury of national experts from Portuguese Universities.
